Cloud IB is a fast-growing startup aiming to revolutionize the investment banking industry by providing digital analytics tools to investment banks, consulting firms, investors, and corporate clients around the world. We are based in Zurich, Switzerland, and Belgrade, Serbia, and are looking to expand our team.
We are seeking a part-time Growth Marketing Lead to join our Zurich office. This hybrid role spans data-driven marketing, strategic lead generation, and hands-on B2B sales support. While there is a strong digital component, the role also involves shaping and executing non-digital B2B SaaS sales processes—building direct relationships with decision-makers at financial institutions and corporates.
You’ll work directly with the founding team and have a unique opportunity to shape our commercial strategy.
Key responsibilities
Design and execute lead generation campaigns across digital and non-digital channels
Develop and manage growth marketing strategies together with our Data Analytics team
Identify, research, and approach prospective clients in a targeted B2B environment
Support high-touch B2B SaaS sales efforts, including outreach, coordination and involvement of data preparation for meetings, and sales materials
Collaborate with product and leadership teams to refine go-to-market approaches
Qualifications
Strong analytical and communication skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting
Experience in growth marketing and B2B lead generation, ideally in a SaaS or finance-related environment
Comfortable working across both digital campaigns and direct sales engagement
